Zero-Runoff Technology
Simultaneous Pressure Cleaning and Mobile Water Extraction
Standard pressure cleaning generates thousands of litres of contaminated runoff containing heavy metals, silt, grease, and hydrocarbons. Allowing this wash water to enter municipal stormwater infrastructure breaches environmental guidelines, while washing enclosed facilities without floor drainage creates unmanageable pooling and severe slip hazards.
Westcoast Jet Wash resolves this with purpose-built trailer-mounted vacuum recovery technology. As our commercial hot-water systems wash the surface, an integrated vacuum ring extracts contaminated water immediately at the cleaning head. The runoff is pumped away to onboard holding tanks, leaving internal rooms dry and keeping outdoor aprons fully compliant.
Engineered for Environmental Containment and Internal Sites
Closed-Loop Surface Extraction
Wash water is captured directly at the surface head before it can pool, cross-contaminate adjacent areas, or escape into council stormwater grates.
Hot-Water Commercial Pressure (Up to 5,000 PSI)
Combines thermal degreasing with continuous recovery, lifting oils, grease, and tyre marks without requiring hazardous excess chemicals.
Rapid Surface Drying
Continuous extraction pulls away residual moisture instantly, significantly reducing pedestrian slip hazards and allowing rapid handover back to facility operations.
Direct Owner Accountability
Mick brings 30+ years of industrial maintenance and site supervisory standards to every project, ensuring strict safety controls and reliable execution.
